I feel very fortunate to have found Candace. Besides just being a really nice person, she is a super realtor and broker. She either answered all my calls or returned my calls almost immediately. She answered every silly question I had – and I had more than a few. She knows the real estate biz backward and forward. She went to bat for me in a way you would expect a life long friend to. Plus, she’s connected. She knows the loan officers, the title company folks, the handymen, the electricians. She is a dream come true for home buyers like myself. Plus, she did what no other realtor has ever done for me and that was accompany me to sign the papers at the title company. Wow! Above and beyond the call of duty. She had valuable input too at the signing. I wish I could give Candace 20 stars!
And the greatest part of it all – I now have a little home I really love, and I feel like I have a new friend – Candace.
